We want you to be fully happy with our products and offer a 100% money back guarantee. All items may be returned within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price. Outbound shipping and handling fees are not refundable. If the item being returned was originally shipped under a Free Shipping promotion, then the cost of shipping the item out to you in the first place will be deducted from the refund amount. Personalized, Branded or Custom Graphic Skins or Apple Smart Covers are not refundable. Open Screen Protectors are not refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

Before returning any merchandise, customers should contact us first to discuss any issue that you have and we can see how to best resolve it. This helps to avoid unnecessary shipping charges as often issues can be resolved over the phone.  If you would like to request an RMA, please go to the Completed Orders section of your account and select the product you would like to return. Once we receive the RMA, you will be contacted to finalize your return. 

Returned merchandise must be in resalable condition, including original packaging and accessories. Everything included with the product must be returned. A restocking fee may apply in the event the item is not returned in original condition.

All issues regarding damage, errors, or shortages in the merchandise delivered are to be made within 48 hours from delivery of the merchandise. Such items will be gladly exchanged at no charge.

Absolutely no returns will be accepted after 30 days.
